You Are What You Eat!

I couldn’t put it any more plainly and simply than the above statement. Also something equally important to ponder is: “You Are What What-You-Eat Eats!” Meaning: your body is everything that what you have just eaten has previously eaten. Remember this as we go along because we’ll revisit it.

One very important fact to think about, which is related to what we eat, is this: We All Have Cancer in us. This fact shocked me a bit when I first tried to understand it and get my brain wrapped around it, but after researching much of the evidence and related studies, it makes a whole lot of sense to me now. Research has shown that every human being has cancer cells living in our bodies throughout our lives from birth to death. And what we ingest into our bodies will aid in the management of these cells, The things we ingest can help kill them and keep them under control, or what we ingest can help to grow those cancer cells, make them stronger, and potentially become a viable disease. After much research, it was discovered that a steady diet high in Alkaline foods is beneficial to our system, and how a diet of highly Acidic foods can cause all kinds of problems with diseases in our system, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and a number of others. It makes sense. Disease is born, lives, and thrives in an acidic environment.

There are studies out now, ones that your friendly cancer or diabetes physician isn't going to show you, that prove that plant-based diets actually heal and prevent cancer! There are plenty of studies that show that diets that consist primarily of animal protein and dairy have more occurrences of cancer. A good example to prove this fact would be China, and the changes in the people of this country, after the introduction of the western diet. Before they were introduced to the western animal-protein-based diets the life expectancy of the Chinese was much higher than that of Americans. Then, all of a sudden McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Burger King get introduced into this country’s diet and immediately the people of China start gaining weight and start getting all kinds of cancers and diseases that they never had to deal with before. Check out the book “The China Study” by T. Colin Campbell Ph.D. for more information about this study.

Long ago we ate in the most organic way

Our Dietary History – In Brief

In our beginning, humans were completely nourished by Pranasynthesis (Sunlight - see the Sungazing page for more info). It was much later in our history that humans started to eat physical food. During this time we were opportunistic hunter gatherers of natural foods. We were in tune with nature. We were close to our beloved Gaia, our mother, the Earth. Our diet consisted of leafy greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetables, and sometimes meat of animals taken from their wild free-roaming habitat. As we began to form communities, we moved into the agricultural age and eventually into the industrial age. The process for how we gathered our food began to change. Out of perceived necessity, we started to massively process our food.

We added more grains into our diet. As our processing of this food increased the cleanliness of the process decreased. More food-related diseases started to emerge. We eventually began to chemically treat our food with pesticides. Currently we are genetically mutating it (aka GMOs) to make it grow faster and be more nutritious. This is a time-bomb for humanity; slowly ticking.

We eventually began to feed our livestock, poultry, and pork, who were no longer roaming free, this processed genetically mutated grain and corn, that they were never ever meant to eat, in order to fatten them up and make them more nutritious. This process has now made animal protein just about the worst thing we can put into your bodies. These animals have always eaten grass since the beginning of time. When we changed their diets we changed them. When we changed them we changed us.

You Are What What-You-Eat Eats!

Our bodies are the soil that we can enrich with good bounty or spoil with poisonous seed. To contract disease you need a seed. When humans started to massively process and genetical alter our food, this became a seed. When we entered the industrial age and started breathing all kinds of chemicals and fumes at work, this became another seed. When we fed animals this altered processed grain and corn and ate the animals, this became a seed.

industrial age

The Industrial Age continued the slow poisoning of our food.

Presently, we serve this sad excuse for sustenance up as fast as we possibly can. We send our improperly sustained human beings off to work in our oversized poisonous industrial and computer age. We give our selves 15 minutes to choke down the food as fast as we possibly can. We promote this nasty food everywhere and make it seem hip or popular to eat. We attempt to digest all this garbage while “beached” watching television all night and text messaging all day. We have all the building blocks necessary for practically every disease. We, ultimately, have opened up our bodies to receive all the negative energy that our mainstream lifestyle and this highly acidic diet emits. This whole particular manner of living and eating has developed and nurtured a megalithic seed for disease.

What Can We Eat?

vegetables

The primary goals in a healthy food diet are to avoid high acidity, heavy processing, genetically modified food, and receive well-rounded sustenance in the most natural ways possible to us. One diet option that can achieve these goals is the Alkaline Diet; A diet consisting of high alkaline organic non-GMO food. An alkaline food diet is a healthy eating lifestyle based on eating organic food that metabolizes (burns) to leave an alkaline residue (ash) of minerals in your body such as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper.

An example of a high alkaline food diet (i.e. alkaline forming foods) would be foods like organic leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, healthy oils, and drinking plenty of water. Avoid all vegetables, fruits, and grains that are genetically modified and highly processed.

It is also important to avoid highly acidic food, such as all meat and dairy products, refined sugars and carbohydrates, processed and genetically modified food, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, and alcohol.

In the best interest of our body’s health and awakening energy, it is highly advisable that we eliminate the consumption of alcoholic beverages, meat, and animal protein; and slowly transition our diet into a completely organic and non-GMO vegetarian, vegan, raw foods, and raw living-foods diet.

VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to consult with a local dietitian and/or your personal doctor before you begin any new diet. I strongly suggest that you transition slowly into your new diet. Do not suddenly change your diet completely.

When we become completely free from eating animal protein and are eating a high-alkaline diet, we feel a change in our energy. Our positive energy will go through the roof! We begin to really savor your food and enjoy how wonderful veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds taste. Also, as we begin to use intention when eating, we help the food find its way to the parts of our body that will benefit it the most. There are even humans living today who again are receiving their sustenance entirely by Pranasynthesis from Stellar Radiance (Our Sun).
